Description:

Administrator/ Receptionist
Reports to: Operations Director Nantwich
Location: Ornua - Nantwich
Hours: Part time, Flexibility around hours ie: 9am- 3pm. Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £27,000 (Pro Rata) – depending on experience

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organisation to its next level of success?
Ornua is actively seeking an administrator/ receptionist to join our Operations team as we continue our growth trajectory. As our next administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the business.
You will be part of our wider operations team and will work closely with all members of Ornua Ingredients Nantwich.
This is a part time role with flexibility across the week, working in our picturesque Nantwich site, surrounded by Cheshire countryside.

Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE:

The Administrator is responsible for leading on;
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering, screening, and directing calls and emails to our appropriate colleagues
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, well presented and stocked with necessary materials
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Overseeing office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is stocked and in good working order
Organising and scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments when required
Raise and receipt purchase orders whilst processing invoices in line with the companies accounting practices
Update and maintain site sustainability tracker
Providing general administration support to the wider team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

Ability to prioritise and manage workload and excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Good IT skills and proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
