OPTOMETRIST RECEPTIONIST
Are you a fashion-forward professional looking for an exciting career in Optics? Vision Clinic, the largest retail optical in the Niagara Region with locations also in Hamilton is actively seeking a new member to join their team as a Receptionist for our Optometrist in Grimsby. You will learn about optics and be immersed in the world of high designer styles and fashion.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service with patients in person and telephone
- Strong computer knowledge and skills
- OHIP and insurance billing, processing payments
- Perform general reception and office duties
- Doctor receptionist duties (booking appointments, patient check in)
- Patient appointment reminder calls
- Patient pre-testing
Requirements:
- Prior medical administrative experience an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills and team player
- Strong computer knowledge and skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills; pleasant telephone manner
- Fashion-forward, professional attire required
- Administrative experience preferred
- Must be available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and occasional Fridays
Job Type: Part-Time up to 30 hours per week
