Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone to support our teams by undertaking Receptionist duties and administrative tasks including:
- Answering the phone calls to the main switchboard and putting them through to the correct person
- Greeting clients when they arrive and dealing with queries and people arriving for meetings
- Keeping the meetings rooms tidy and stocked with the relevant stationery and refreshments
- Opening and filing post
- Preparing files for archiving
- Updating client database (P4W) as necessary
You should be:
- Organised and methodical in your approach to tasks
- A good team player
- Able to communicate effectively verbally
- Presentable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reception experience is desirable
