JOB DESCRIPTION
The 4* Maritime Hotel is seeking to recruit for the role of a part time Receptionist to join their team. If you have previous experience in a customer facing roles in a hospitality, retail or healthcare setting or in own business and love dealing with guests / customers / clients then this is the role for you. Full training will be given with a training buddy assigned to you.
Responsibilities:
THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Checking-in and out of guests
- Answer calls and relaying messages to staff and guests
- Balancing guests account
- Providing excellent customer service for our guests
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a guest facing role in a hotel, guesthouse, healthcare, retail setting
- Good communication and IT skills
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
