Patient Co Ordinator: New Life Teeth Belfast
Essential Criteria:
- Proven work experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role within dentistry/dental field.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Replying to patient enquires via email and phone.
- Supporting the clinical team.
- Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators.
- Communicating effectively & efficiently with existing patients.
- Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey.
- Managing diary appointments and treatment plans.
- General administrative duties.
- Dealing with post and deliveries.
- Dealing with lab work.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers.
