Description:

Patient Co Ordinator: New Life Teeth Belfast

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven work experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role within dentistry/dental field.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Replying to patient enquires via email and phone.
  • Supporting the clinical team.
  • Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators.
  • Communicating effectively & efficiently with existing patients.
  • Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey.
  • Managing diary appointments and treatment plans.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Dealing with post and deliveries.
  • Dealing with lab work.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and GDP referrers.
