• 20 hours per week (4 days - Fixed Schedule)
• Permanent Part-Time Customer focussed role
• North Ryde Based - Onsite parking available

As a Receptionist, you will provide superior customer service to clients, visitors and employees. Typically your day will involve:

• Answering switchboard and transferring calls
• Greeting customers
• Coordinating and organising couriers
• Arranging catering
• Coordinating staff barbeques or events
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Updating phone lists
• Ordering and maintaining stationery
• Stocking and tidying kitchens
• Supporting the business in general administrative tasks
