As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering an incredible and memorable guest experience that is just as impressive as our location. Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience
  • Provide information on local attractions and events
  • Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
  • Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner
  • Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks

What will you bring?:

  • Experience in a front office environment
  • Experience with Hotel Operating systems is beneficial
  • Certificate in First Aid is beneficial
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s licence beneficial
