Description:
- Greeting visitors: Welcome guests to the office and direct them to the right person or office
- Answering phones: Take and make phone calls for office employees
- Handling mail: Sort mail, fax documents, and file correspondence
- Scheduling appointments: Maintain calendars and schedule meetings for employees
- Providing customer service: Help clients with questions or issues, and deal with problematic customers
- Maintaining office supplies: Keep office supplies stocked
- Maintaining records: Keep office records up to date
- Planning travel: Plan travel arrangements for employees
Skills
- Communication: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and build relationships
- Multitasking: Be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Organization: Be organized and have strong generalist technical skills
- Attention to detail: Pay close attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Experience in travel planning and calendar management
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of and office management practices
