Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for an organised and professional Receptionist, based at an American hedge fund in Central London.
The Receptionist within this fast-paced client floor location will need to balance a desk-based meet and greet service, with the more mobile task of managing the meeting room services.
The friendly welcome provided by our team during the meet and greet services sets the tone for all visitors of our client’s offices. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and colleagues arriving on the floor, making first impressions as an ambassador for our client’s business. They will need to use an infectious smile and effervescent personality to immediately build rapport with anyone that they meet.
Alongside the meet and greet, the Receptionist will also run a slick meeting room operation. From bookings to delivery, and everything in between, the Receptionist will need to work alongside a team of facilities coordinators and other service providers to ensure that a seamlessly smooth service is provided to all users of the space.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between 7:30am-6pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 based on experience
Qualifications
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience of Corporate Reception is preferred.
