An amazing new opportunity has become available to join the Portico front of house team as a Ground Floor Receptionist based in the Kings Cross area. The site consists of 3 multi-occupied buildings, housing an exciting range of companies.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors. Meeting, greeting, and welcoming them into the building, and dealing with any queries they may have along the way. But the perfect balance of social, admin and creative tasks as a receptionist in this wonderfully friendly team, means we really need someone with a great combination of skills in those areas.
The reception team are the glue that binds the site’s community. So, liaising with different in-house departments is essential, building excellent working relationships with them to ensure that the overall service provided on the site is nothing short of exceptional.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday
Salary: £29,404
Qualifications
This role would be fitting for someone who is a great communicator with knowledge of exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. A keen attitude, proactive mindset, and good eye for the details are essential to prosper in this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably within a corporate or hospitality setting. However, personality is key! We are looking for a big personality and someone who is not afraid to show who they are!
