Job Description
Are you looking for a new job that will give you your weekends back?
Portico are searching for a corporate Receptionist to join our front of house operation at the offices of a global investment company in the city.
From the friendly welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between. Our team takes care of the entire visitor experience at this exciting location! They are ultimately the go-to people in the office, covering a wide range of tasks.
This varied corporate Receptionist role will encourage you to create an exceptional welcome for both members of staff and the visitors entering the building. You will also be involved in meeting room management, including the booking of meeting rooms, meeting room and hospitality set up, and escorting guests and clients to the relevant rooms.
To exceed expectations, you will need to work closely with all other service providers, ensuring a seamless experience is provided to all staff using the environment.
Salary: £31,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7pm from Mon-Fri
Qualifications
We are looking for a friendly person with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients. They will have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Previous Reception experience within a corporate or high-end hotel environment is essential.
