Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in New Milton, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and staff.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic office management duties, including ordering supplies and equipment
- Provide general information and answer inquiries from clients and visitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Basic bookkeeping or record-keeping skills
