DESCRIPTION
- Are you a polished and personable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our prestigious residential facility in Ikoyi is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, embodying professionalism, warmth, and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Females only.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a receptionist or customer service representative.
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and record keeping.
