Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Protocol are workig with a training provider based in Bristol who is looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join there team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Role: Receptionist
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Start ASAP Temporary (Ongoing) - Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week, 09:00 - 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent front-line customer service to staff, students, and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage visitor sign-ins and maintain security protocols
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required
  • Handle email inquiries and distribute correspondence
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception area
  • Support college staff with general duties and requests

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous reception or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service is required
