Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fitness management software
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Basic cash handling and administrative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and visitors
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage member check-ins and registrations
  • Provide information about gym services and promotions
  • Process payments and transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with bookings
  • Support the sales and operations team
  • Track attendance and membership records
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
