Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fitness management software
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Basic cash handling and administrative skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and visitors
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage member check-ins and registrations
- Provide information about gym services and promotions
- Process payments and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and assist with bookings
- Support the sales and operations team
- Track attendance and membership records
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports
