We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team located in POTOMAC, Maryland. You will play a vital role in our operations, providing outstanding customer service and facilitating smooth communication within our team. - Manage incoming calls through our multi-line phone system, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly approach at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and staff, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision and efficiency, keeping all customer records current.
- Handle email correspondence, responding quickly and in a detail-oriented manner to all incoming emails.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to organize files and schedule appointments.
- Leverage your interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Keep an organized and efficient filing system, making sure all documents are correctly stored and easily retrievable.
- Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are notified and arrangements are confirmed in advance.
- Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems
