You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, friendly, and has excellent communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handle scheduling and appointment bookings as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other office tasks.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
