POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate departments.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
