Receptionist - Sales & Lettings
Location: Kensington High Street
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum

As a Receptionist at Chestertons, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional image of the company by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments as needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees
  • Greet and assist guests, and manage phone calls
  • Provide administrative support and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Desired attributes:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in standard office software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
