Description:

We are a fast paced Laser Clinic which offers a vast variety of cosmetic enhancement procedures. We are looking for a wonderful determined individual to join our team.
Act as the initial point of contact via telephone and in person for clients and employees while ensuring overall smooth, efficient day to day business operations and interactions.
Education:

Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- med spa admin: 1 year (required
Responsibilities:
- Post-Secondary degree in Business Administration or Experienced Medical Esthetician and or similar degree or related experience is not a pre-requisite however a plus
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience independently fulfilling a similar position
- Must have minimum 1 year experience in sales
- Must be able to handle lead sales calls
- Provides administrative support while ensuring office administrative functions run in an efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and ensure proper bookings for clients appointments and direct to management if required
- Acts as the main point of contact for visitors and provides front desk support to all employees and clients
- Manages and maintains office supplies
- Consistently demonstrate a professional, positive attitude, especially in challenging situations
- Supports managers and assist with completion of various projects and assignments
- Outgoing and friendly personality able to easily communicate with others and maintain an upbeat positive attitude in any situation
