Job Introduction
As a Receptionist at HMRC Nottingham, You’ll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like
  • Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
  • Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
  • Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
  • Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.
