As a Receptionist at Sodexo in Woodbank Hotel, Aberdeen, you will provide a warm welcome and make that all-important first impression. You will use world-class customer service and superb communication skills to connect visitors and customers with their host and onward services. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Greet visitors and customers entering the building
  • Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
  • Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
  • Support with inductions, workplace support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
  • Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
