ABOUT US
We are a small, high-end private dental practice located in Billericay high street with a team of experienced clinicians and a strong focus on excellent patient care.
We offer general dentistry including Invisalign, dental implants and facial aesthetics. We are seeking the right candidate to join our team as a dental nurse. We are also happy to consider a trainee dental nurse who is motivated and enthusiastic to learn.
Our practice is built on providing honest, ethical dental care in a welcoming environment. We prioritise the safety and well-being of our patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
JOB SUMMARY
This varied role is ideal for a motivated individual with dental experience and strong administrative and communication skills, who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the practice, from patient co-ordination to assisting the Practice Manager with compliance management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a dental practice environment is essential.
- A background in dental nursing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software applications relevant to office management.
- A patient, friendly demeanour with a focus on customer service excellence.
- A team player who is organised, proactive and patient-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Front-of -house reception duties, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments and handling enquiries.
- Acting as a Treatment Co-ordinator, managing leads and guiding patients through their treatment journey with care and clarity.
- Supporting the Practice Manager in an Assistant Manager capacity, including compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of practice operation.
- Utilise SOE IT systems effectively to manage information and support office operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
