With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customer centric Receptionist interested in working on a part-time basis.

• 2 days a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays; No late nights!
• We are looking for someone passionate who thrives on patient care.
• Reception and customer service experience is desired, but all are welcome to apply!

In all our practice support roles, you’ll help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive.

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
