Here at the Oak Veterinary Group, we are excited to be able to offer an opportunity to offer a receptionist position part-time or full-time to join our existing Support Team covering our three Practices.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic dedicated client-centred individual, to become a part of our existing efficient Reception / Support Team. Our busy Practices thrive in an environment of collaboration and effective teamwork.
The ideal candidate would have a positive work attitude, good organisational skills, and the ability to be empathetic with our clients and assist with their needs.

Responsibilities:
This role involves providing excellent customer care to clients and patients calmly and efficiently, managing bookings, client registration, and maintaining the Practice Management System. Responsibilities include processing payments, retrieving prescriptions, handling daily debtor queries, supporting Pet Health Care Plan administration, and assisting with insurance claims. The position also requires maintaining the cleanliness of waiting areas and consult rooms, managing stock, and interacting confidently with domestic pets.
