About the role
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Receptionist to provide reception, including initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services as appropriate and administrative support.
Reporting to the Regional Site Administrator, this is a permanent, part-time (19 hours per week) position based in Shepparton, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 2.

You will successfully

  • Screen incoming calls and assess client’s needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively.
  • Professionally manage visitors in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Liaise with external service providers as per schedule to ensure currency of external referral information is maintained.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for meetings and events including the setup of Board and IT rooms, organising catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Review data and process data entry in various systems as required; extract information from systems and compile data for managers as required.
  • Drive fleet vehicles to for servicing requirements and update vehicle condition reports.

You will have

  • Relevant business qualification such as certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
  • A Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Experience in reception/administration responsibilities.
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred).
