About ThedaCare!

SUMMARY :

The receptionist welcomes, greets, and directs customers in person or on the phone, and provides clerical support or other duties as needed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for ThedaCare to meet customer needs.
  • Provides clerical support, such as triaging calls, to the appropriate team members.
  • Receives and sorts daily mail, faxes, and e-mails, and distributing as appropriate.
  • Maintains site security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk by monitoring log books and issuing visitor/contractor badges.
  • Maintains room schedule for internal and external customers to ensure rooms are available and set up appropriately.
  • Orders office supplies and keeps inventory of stock.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • One year of experience in customer service
