Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist/Secretary to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth office operations.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
