REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • Administrative support experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)
  • Very confident, a team player who is well-spoken and presentable
  • Dedicated worker willing to do menial tasks
  • Valid Drivers license and own transportation

Duties and Responsibilities::

  • Ensure Reception area is neat, clean & tidy
  • Ensure visitors are comfortable should they have to wait for their appointment
  • Responsible for answering all incoming calls as quickly as possible
  • Take accurate messages when the person sought is not available
  • Ensure messages reach the person timeously
  • Ensure the switchboard is manned at all times
  • Manage office diary
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Occasionally making tea and coffee for guests
  • Assist with Adhoc research for the company
  • Assist Customers on showroom floor or alternatively ask a representative to assist the customers
  • Assisting with Invoicing on Showroom floor as well as Telesales
  • Assisting Sales Representatives with Quotes when required
  • Receiving Cash and Credit Card payments
  • Ensure that each Cash/Credit Card payment is receipted
  • Complete Cash/Credit Card Summary Sheet daily and hand cash with sheet to finance department at end of every day
  • Assist with printing labels for despatch
  • Restocking showroom shelves with sample
