Description:

Join our dynamic team at Trafalgar Property Management in Cape Town as a Receptionist, where you’ll play a key role in managing front-desk operations to ensure seamless office functionality and outstanding client service.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume switchboard environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls, addressing inquiries or directing to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a warm, courteous, and responsive environment for clients and tenants.
  • Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and well-presented.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and packages.
  • Coordinate and manage boardroom bookings with efficiency and precision.
  • Record external clients’ fingerprints for criminal background checks.
  • Handle additional ad-hoc tasks and requirements as needed.
