My Gateway has a great opportunity for a Business Administration Traineeship!
Our client BCD- Better Care Delivered is a registered charity organisation based in Campbelltown. They provide care by assisting and providing services to support people who are disadvantaged, in need, or are vulnerable. Providing continued care for people with disabilities and their carers to help them meet their individual needs and reach their full potential. BCD work in collaboration and cooperation with many community organisations and services in health, aged care, disability and community care sectors.
As part of the 24 month Traineeship you will gain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Business.
This role is junior reception position. The candidate will be the front line of the business and the first point of contact.

The role includes all facets customer service,

  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Taking phone calls and directing the calls to the correct department or staff member,
  • Return email inquiries or passing them on to the correct team in the business.
  • Keeping the office tidy, emptying the dishwasher, bins, shopping etc.
  • Assisting the set up of meetings, booking appointments
  • There may be errands to run and shopping to be purchased for the office.
  • Photocopying, scanning documents, filing, taking meeting minutes and ad hoc office tasks.
