Grade 3: £25,748 - £26,638 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per annum

We are seeking two dedicated and professional Receptionists to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of customer service and professionalism associated with our School.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate the visitor/contractor access card system.
  • Handle telephone and face-to-face inquiries with efficiency, effectiveness and politeness.
  • Utilise booking system software for seminar and meeting rooms.
  • Accept and manage deliveries, ensuring timely notifications and onward delivery arrangements.
  • Manage the sale and stock control of merchandise, ensuring accurate processing of payments.

You should have a proven track record in handling diverse customer-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to efficiently manage various tasks within a busy environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with outstanding customer service and a polite telephone manner.
