Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

TransAlta is currently seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient Receptionist for a 12-month term. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have related experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
As a pivotal player in the energy landscape, TransAlta recognizes the importance of a positive workplace environment. The Front Desk Receptionist, as a vital member of our support team, contributes to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.
This role is based out of our Head Office in Downtown Calgary.
