WHAT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Front of house / hospitality experience preferred
  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • High level of communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Initiative and ability to work proactively
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Be friendly, confident, inclusive and adapt well to different personalities
  • An interest in architecture and sustainability would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an engaging and outgoing Receptionist to work full time and become an integral part of our team in our Wellington Studio.
As a receptionist, you will be the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives and members of the general public. The role will work closely with the Studio Manager to provide administration support as well as being across all hospitality arrangements for the studio which include catering orders and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy. As an integral part of the Front of House team, you will ensure a seamless and quality customer experience for guests and internal staff.
