Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidates will work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all guests to create warm and accommodating environment
  • Co-ordinate and respond to both incoming and outgoing mail and direct to the appropriate person where required
  • Screen incoming calls and direct to the appropriate area when necessary
  • Collate and manage stationary order requirements
  • Maintain a tidy, safe and clean reception area
  • Manage the distribution of incoming post and deliveries, and co-ordinate outgoing post
