Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidates will work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all guests to create warm and accommodating environment
- Co-ordinate and respond to both incoming and outgoing mail and direct to the appropriate person where required
- Screen incoming calls and direct to the appropriate area when necessary
- Collate and manage stationary order requirements
- Maintain a tidy, safe and clean reception area
- Manage the distribution of incoming post and deliveries, and co-ordinate outgoing post
