Description:

We are looking for female receptionist to work in our client office at UMW Toyota Shah Alam on 20th January 2025.
Working day : Monday - Friday only
Working hours : 8.00am-5.30pm

Job description

  • To perform duties of telephone operator and checking emails
  • To greet, standby at main entrance and direct guess including Top management’s visitors.
  • To follow up with secretaries for receiving a guest

-To ensure all the rooms / audio conference is in working condition - check the marker pen and duster prior to any meeting held.

  • To liaise with despatch for incoming and outgoing mailing

-To perform administrative works as required such as :-
a) Documents for signing by respective division including management office
b) Receiving and processing for payment of utilities bills
c) Coordination with vendors for facilities services
e) Managing helpdesk for MVO - complaint & enquiries related to facilities
f) Managing stock ordering for stationaries
g) Coordinate with supplier for photocopier machine faulty, replacement etc.
