KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate meeting room bookings to ensure meeting spaces are prepared and well equipped for use.
- Manage meeting room calendar to ensure availability.
- Greet visitors and guests.
- Handle mail and deliveries including sorting, distributing and scheduling couriers.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist in travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Assist in managing the office premises with relevant service providers
- Facilitate the ordering of office supplies including pantry, stationery orders
- Assist in organising events, if necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational skills.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a corporate environment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will :
1) Maintain a professional front desk environment while supporting administrative functions.
