Description:
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Safran Electrical Components is the subsidiary of Safran Electrical & Power specializing in electrical components. It is also the world leader in harsh environment harnesses for landing gear and U.S. military applications.
- Maintain inventory records, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity
at each level, and expiration dates
- Locate and pick products based on Manufacturing Orders from inventory
shelves, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and quality to support
production
- Print inventory count sheets and maintain inventory control procedures to
meet company goals
- Review inventory workflow, propose enhancement and documentation of
inventory cycle
- Ensure inventory is kept at a healthy level, highlight slow moving items and
propose action plan
- Performs regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical
stock with system records and investigate variance
- Manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are
maintained, and to flag out if inventory levels are not replenished in a timely
manner
- Participate to plan, drive and execute warehousing improvements projects
through the deployment of IT, Technology, Innovation and Transformation
- Follow Quality, Safety and Company policies accordingly
- Ensure daily production parts are picked to support daily operation target
- Ensuring documentation and keeping accurate warehouse records
- Support warehouse management in various administrative tasks as needed
- Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE
programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations
- Ensure inventory is stored safely, organized, and labeled appropriately.
