Description:
Fixed Term Contract, Secondment role in Administrative Support, Finance, Contact Centre & Operations, Analytics and Reporting.
Located in Leeds - Hybrid.
WE NEED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE + EXPERTISE IN:
Accounting environments, with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Relevant regulations and company policies.
Understanding, analysing, and presenting large volumes of numerical data.
AND WOULD LOVE YOU TO KNOW OR LEARN:
How to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide group in the business, building a level of mutual trust and respect.
To take accountability for actions and remains responsible for assigned GL reconciliations.
How to use role specific programmes and systems.
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of key high-volume bank and internal control accounts daily, processing over 1 million transactions per day via an automated reconciliation tool (ReconNet).
Processing financial data and maintaining documentation to a high standard of accuracy on a timely basis.
Provide support to the operational areas for complex queries & issues.
