RECONDITIONING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, scanner, printer, 10-key. Basic to intermediate Excel skills such as (save, print, cope, sort, delete, basic math functions.).
- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that office operations follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Create office staff schedule according to departmental needs.
- Periodically run and distribute reports as needed for the proper functioning of business and/or requested by management such as WIP, Open Ticket, Policy Adjustment, EOM closing, parts inventory, and others.
- Ensure that customer and/or employee’s complaints are handled promptly, with genuine concern, and according to company standards.
- Maintain a proper level of supplies needed for continuous operations of common areas, business office, and customer waiting room.
