Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service. Keep a fluid level of communication with clients, while striving to achieve an exceptional experience with customers.
  • Highly comfortable using Xactimate within a level 2 or higher capacity.
  • Attend weekly WIP meetings (prepared and well-versed in job detail)
  • Budget Management - estimating, revenue goals, gross profit margin, etc.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project cost estimation and smooth project execution.
  • Create comprehensive estimates that include detailed breakdowns of costs, quantities, and timelines.
  • Utilize Xactimate software to generate detailed and accurate estimates for restoration and repair projects.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to review and assess property damage claims.
  • Research and source cost-effective materials and services while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Negotiate any necessary changes or modifications.
