THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Record Management Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales.
Reporting to the Account Delivery Manager, this role requires the ability to do record management, provide an efficient mail room and print room service while ensuring cost consciousness and excellent customer service.
Please note – this is a 100% onsite work at our client site in Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney CBD.
We are looking for a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills & communication skills.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in record management with strong understanding of courier/mail room and print room environment
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to build effective business relationships and engage with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to cross skill and drive associates to achieve operational outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor to our customer by delivering a great service in accordance with contracted agreements while building strong relationships
  • Day to day management of service delivery at our customer site
  • Delivery across all lines of services including Mail/ courier services, record management and print room management.
  • Effectively manage workforce and achieve SLA targets
  • Provide support and cross training for all operators onsite and collaborate nationally with others
  • Drive continuous improvement in terms of technology, systems, best practices and upskilling
