Description:

Position Summary
The Records and Risk Support Officer (RRSO) role undertakes administration and planning related to privacy, risk,
governance, compliance, and health and safety.
Key tasks include the monitoring of mandatory training, risk and supporting compliance, work health and safety,
privacy audits, and investigations as required to assist the HR and Compliance Manager in driving a culture of
continuous improvement.
Applicants should address the following criteria in their application
SC1 Demonstrated expertise in managing and supporting risk and compliance functions, including work health
and safety (WHS) and privacy, with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and maintaining risk
management strategies, compliance reports, and policies.
SC2 Strong administrative and IT skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
effectively, providing comprehensive support to ensure the School meets its regulatory and operational
obligations.
SC3 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to liaise
effectively with various stakeholders, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute to a culture of
continuous improvement.
SC4 In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to WHS, privacy, and education,
including the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 and Education (Accreditation of
Non-State Schools) Regulation 2017, with the ability to stay current and ensure compliance.
