Salary and Benefits: Records Clerk III, Grade 18, $ 18.12 hourly
$18.57 with six months of successful performance
$19.97 with 12 months of successful performance

Job duties: Primarily responsible for compiling, logging and distributing of all files, court documents and correspondence between Court Services, court divisions and other internal and external agencies. Maintain the office copy center, resolving issues with the copiers and recognizing when repairs are needed and contacting the appropriate service. Work the electronic fax queue and paper faxes received and distribute to appropriate personnel. Manage all outgoing and incoming mail between Court Services and the USPS. Electronically file documents using the Judicial Branch E-Flex System. Upload electronic documents from internal staff and external agencies, and manually image documents, to the Court Services Social Files. Position description and job duties are subject to change to meet the needs of agency and the Court.
Education and experience: Graduation from High School or GED. Six months experience working in an office environment, using a PC and data entry skills.
Desired Abilities: Ability to accurately read and interpret written material, specifically court documents; general knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 2010; ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the public.
