Description:
NORTHWEST SPECIALTY HOSPITAL IS SEEKING A HR RECORDS COORDINATOR WHO IS TASK ORIENTED AND GEEKS OUT OVER ATTENTION TO DETAIL TO JOIN OUR AMAZING HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM!
This position will be full-time and there is some flexibility in the scheduled hours!
We need someone with a great sense of humor, attention to detail, and a love for data driven projects!
In this role you be responsible for updating and maintaining employee and department records and performing a variety of support functions to the HRIS System. This position will scan and file records, data entry, update employee electronic records, process information updates, maintain assigned department spreadsheets, monitor licensure and certifications, conduct system audits, run reports, and track leave. This position will assist the Human Resources Team with a variety of projects, data entry, employee events, coordination of employee orientation, and quarterly/annual projects. To be successful in this position you will need to be adaptable, kind, fast-paced, and computer savvy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma
- Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Two years of relatable experience required.
- Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
