Responsibilities:
Based in our vibrant and newly refurbished Auckland CBD office, we are looking for an experienced, proficient and highly organised recoveries consultant with the required knowledge and attitude to effectively handle a range of recovery activities relating to motor vehicle claims. The role includes:
- Monitoring and executing recovery of third-party instalments, along with setting up repayment pans
- Monitoring and executing recovery of unpaid premium from car dealers
- Monitoring and executing demands; liaise with third parties and key stakeholders around hold liable letters and final demands.
- Review, investigate and prepare cases for disputes tribunal, liaise with key stakeholders and attend hearings and appeals.
To be successful in this role, you will be energetic, positive and keen to learn. It is desired that you have previous experience with recoveries, particularly relating to motor vehicles, however, it will be your attitude that will make you truly successful.
