Recoveries & Settlements Specialist

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Reporting to the Claims Recoveries Manager, you will minimize the impact of claims costs for Tower and seek to recover costs from both third-party insurers and uninsured third parties in the shortest possible timeframe with the intention of maximising the chance of a successful recovery. You will use your negotiation skills to reach an agreeable settlement whilst mitigating the chance of entering a litigation process.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

• Minimum 6 months + experience in managing motor /complex/ property claims
• Experience of Disputes Tribunal proceeding is an advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry preferred.
