Description:
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Director is responsible for the Leadership and Operations of the Center of Hope alcohol crisis center. Responsibilities include ensuring program compliance with policies and procedures, staffing and human resource management, business planning, risk management, and client services.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, OR ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Behavioral Science, or related field, plus five years of management and supervisory experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Five or more years of management and supervisory experience
Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain community relationships to promote program advocacy; represent the organization in the community
- Ensure facilities comply with fire, safety, and health department standards at all times
- Ensure facilities and programs comply with certification and accreditation requirements
- Responsible for assisting the Development Team in fundraising efforts for the program
- Provide leadership in areas of staff management, training, and performance
- Participate in the organization’s business planning and annual budget preparation
- Evaluate performance/census reports and results of the performance of the facilities about established goals.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve the efficiency of services performed continually
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
- Responsible for understanding, working within, and adjusting the program budget
- Other duties as assigned
