Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in working with adults affected by substance misuse.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Ability to complete thorough assessments and risk reviews.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intensive keywork with adults affected by drug and alcohol issues impacting their children.
Address family issues to prevent child protection plans from escalating.
Administer assessments, develop service user plans, and conduct full risk reviews.
Deliver outreach services, including home visits for adults requiring support (with risk assessment in place).
