Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of public recreation programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stamina to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to participate in activities.
- A self-starter and team player.
- NLS certification is a definite asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recreation programming in the resort.
- Liaison with members and resort guests on a daily basis providing program details, answering questions, and dealing with issues.
- Assist in recruiting, training, supervising and scheduling of all recreation staff.
- Communicate and address guest concerns or issues to appropriate team members.
- Assist Recreation Manager with maintenance of recreational equipment.
